Hindustan Unilever completes sale of shares in Nutritionalab for ₹307 crore

Fast moving consumer goods company Hindustan Lever has said that it has sold its near 20 per cent stake in health and wellness company Nutritionalab for ₹307 crore.

On 12 Febraury, the company had said that it was restructuring its investments in health and wellness, by acquiring Zywie Ventures for ₹824 crore and selling its minority 19.8 per cent stake in Nutritionalab for ₹307 crore. Zywie manufactures and sells vitamins, minerals and supplements, beauty and personal care, and protein products within India.
